Dr. Carlos Ruiz focuses his practice on muscle work. Utilizing techniques such as myofascial release, active/passive release, dry needling, muscle scraping and stretching to improve muscular range of motion. Additionally, Dr. Carlos will perform chiropractic adjustments, either manually or with a low-force instrument, to improve joint movement. Finally, Dr. Ruiz loves to teach and coach his patients on how to integrate this improved mobility in their everyday activities.
